Go through a proxy server with IP Decimal

1. Open cmd:
Start >> All Programs >> Accesories >> Command Prompt

2. Type ping to the site that we've blocked
eg: ping www.comptrend.blogspot.com

3. So we'll see the www.comptrend.blogspot.com ip is 74.125.19.191
after that we put that number to http://www.allredroster.com/iptodec.htm
you can see that decimal of 74.125.19.191 is HTTP://1249711039

4. You can move HTTP://1249711039 to your lovely browser
and... bingo!!
